1. How can I contact SeeingDreams for order support?

For all order support, please email: support@seeingdreams.com. For business inquiries, use: kyle@seeingdreams.com. (Note: Order support emails sent to kyle@seeingdreams.com will not be responded to.)

2. What are the wash instructions for SeeingDreams products?

Please follow the wash instructions on the clothing tag. General recommendations:

  • Use the gentle cycle and turn garments inside out.
  • Sort clothes properly and do not overload the washer.
  • Wash in warm or cold water, not hot.
  • Dry inside out on the most gentle cycle or hang dry.
Note: SeeingDreams is not responsible for fading or pilling due to improper washing.

3. What is the shipping time for my order?

Most products are 'Made To Order.' Delivery times are typically within 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we ship orders as soon as possible.

4. What is the return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy for damaged or defective products. Please check our size guide before purchasing. For returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@seeingdreams.com with your name, order number, issue description, and a picture of the item. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label.

5. Can I exchange an item due to sizing issues?

If you have a sizing issue with an item costing $75 or more, you can exchange it for the same item in a different size if in stock. If the size you need is not available, you may apply for a refund. In both cases, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new size to you.

6. How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. For tracking inquiries, please contact the courier directly.
