Refund policy

At SeeingDreams®, we are committed to creating intentional products that focus on function, feel, and fit. 

Returns & Exchanges: Items purchased online are eligible for return for store credit or exchange within 20 days of delivery.

To start your exchange email us at support@seeingdreams.com with the following information:

• Your name and order number 
• Your reason for return/exchange
• A picture of your item
  

Once we confirm that your return is within the 20-day window, we will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving your item, we will issue your store credit or complete your exchange.
