All of our products have wash instructions located on the clothing tag. However, we recommend taking the following quick and easy steps to ensure your product is kept in good condition.
- Use the washer's gentle cycle.
- Before washing any garment, turn the garment inside out
- Sort clothes properly before washing
- Do not overload the washer.
- Wash in warm or cold water, never hot.
- To avoid pilling, dry inside out on the most gentle cycle and with similar fabrics. If possible, hang drying is the best option.
SeeingDreams is not responsible for any unwanted fading or pilling that occurs due to not following the proper WASH INSTRUCTIONS listed above.
Most products are 'Made To Order'. Once an order is placed it is immediately processed and production begins. Delivery times fluctuate, but all orders can be expected within 1-2 weeks. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

At SeeingDreams, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Once your order arrives, we offer a 15-day return policy for damaged or defective products only; which means that it is extremely important you check our size guide and recommendation for each item prior to purchasing. We also encourage you to reach out to us if you are still having difficulty deciding on what size to get after reviewing the item’s size chart/guide; as we can provide you with a recommendation based on your height, weight, and clothing preference (oversized, fitted, or standard).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
After ensuring your product is eligible to be returned, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Name and order #
- State the issue with the order (sizing, damaged product, etc.)
- Picture of the damaged/defective item
- Confirm your shipping information and phone number for tracking.
Once you have emailed us your return request information, we will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and await your proof of shipment (USPS receipt works fine) and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update. SeeingDreams no longer has any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly or check your order tracking number to obtain any information.
